Olga Romero-Marshall is the Director of Marketing Communications, Direct Marketing for Bell Mobility. With a focus on data driven relevancy, targeting and measurement, she balances the business objectives with customer insights to develop effective direct marketing communications that drive measurable results.

She combines her traditional direct marketing targetting strategy with emarketing tactics, digital, social and mobile to build integrated communication plans based on performance.

Prior to joining Bell, she was Director of Brand & Marketing Communications, for all integrated communication mediums at Direct Energy, where she led the efforts to grow sales with response based marketing in addition to launching a new brand platform.

Over her career, she has held senior posts with a number of leading advertising and direct marketing agencies, working with major brands such as Nissan, Petro-Points, American Express and Rogers. Spanning both the consumer and business segments, her work has covered acquisition, loyalty, retention and life cycle management.

Olga holds an HBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business, where she was elected to the The Dean’s Honor List for Scholastic excellence.
